Delete your account

You can delete your RX Suite account at any time, from the mobile app, from this page, or by email. Deletion is permanent and is not held back for a retention period.

Sign in and come back to this page to delete your account. You will be asked for your password and to type DELETE.
Delete it in the app
Open the RX Suite app, go to Account, choose Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE.
Ask by email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm by reply once it is done.
What is deleted
An athlete account: your login and your coaching record — check-ins, messages, training logs, nutrition, protocol logs, wearable and vitals data, lab results and uploaded lab files, and progress photos. Stored files are removed from storage, not just unlinked.
A coach account: all of the above for every athlete on your roster, their portal accounts, and your own profile and settings.
What is kept
Payment and payout records needed for accounting and tax are kept, with the link to the person removed: the amount and the date survive, the name and the athlete do not. Where such records reference a coach, a scrubbed placeholder with no personal details is kept so the ledger still adds up. AI usage counts are kept with the user and address removed. Nothing else is retained.
