Switching to RX Suite

1. Export your clients. Most platforms and every spreadsheet can save a client list as a CSV file. Look for Export, Download or Reports in your client list. Menu names change between versions, so if you cannot find it, ask your current platform’s support for a “client list CSV”.
2. Create your RX Suite account and open Clients, then Import clients.
3. Upload the file. We match your columns (name, email, goal, notes), show every row before anything is saved, and flag duplicates and bad email addresses.
4. Invite your clients. Each client gets an email from you to set a password. They accept the terms and health-data consent themselves; we never do that on their behalf.

Imported: each client’s name, email and goal, with a neutral starting plan that RIS refines from their first weeks of real data.

Not imported yet: training history, check-in history, photos, bloodwork files and payment subscriptions. Keep your old platform read-only for a few weeks if you want to refer back to past programmes. Card details cannot be moved between platforms, so clients on a subscription re-enter payment once.

Every import can be undone for seven days from the same page. Undo removes the clients that import created, except anyone who has already signed up.
